At Fitness Image Supplements, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and procedures.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including metropolitan and regional areas. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid Australian street address (we do not ship to PO Boxes unless specified at checkout).
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
3.1 Standard Shipping
- Cost: $9.95 flat rate (Free on orders over $150)
- Metro areas: 3-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
3.2 Express Shipping
- Cost: $12.95
- Metro areas: 1-2 business days
- Regional areas: 2-4 business days
3.3 Same-Day Delivery (Select Metro Areas)
- Cost: $10.00
- Available in: Melbourne
- Cutoff time: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM AEST
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $100 (before discounts and excluding shipping) qualify for free standard shipping to all Australian addresses. The free shipping threshold applies to the subtotal before any discount codes are applied.
4.2 Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. You can track your order in real-time through the courier’s website or through your account on our website. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Requirements
6.1 Signature on Delivery
Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup from a nearby depot or post office.
6.2 Authority to Leave
You may provide authority to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address. This option can be selected during checkout or by contacting the courier directly using your tracking number. Please note that if you authorize the courier to leave your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage after delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel will be held at a nearby depot or post office for collection. You will receive notification with collection details. Parcels are typically held for 10-14 days before being returned to us.
7.2 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at [Insert email]. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
7.3 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or is delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. In most cases, we will send a replacement order or issue a full refund.
8. Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on warehouse availability. Each package will have its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless you place separate orders.
9. Customs and Import Duties
As we currently only ship within Australia, there are no customs duties or import fees. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
10. Product Temperature Control
While most supplements do not require refrigeration, we take care to ensure products are not exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping. During summer months, we may use insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive products. If you live in an extremely hot climate, we recommend selecting express shipping to minimize transit time.
11. Backorders and Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide an estimated restock date. You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked (at no additional shipping cost) or receive a refund for the out-of-stock item. The remainder of your order will be shipped as normal unless you request otherwise.
12. Bulk Orders
For large or bulk orders (typically 10+ units of the same product), please contact us for a shipping quote. Bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates or freight delivery options. Processing times for bulk orders may be extended.
13. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during:
- Public holidays and holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter)
- Major sale events and promotional periods
- Extreme weather events or natural disasters
We will update our website with any expected delays during these periods.
14. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change based on courier pricing and service availability.
