We started as personal trainers in Melbourne. For years, we helped people lose weight, get stronger, and hit their fitness goals.

Meet Armstrong
Armstrong Lazenby founded Fitness Image. He competed on Australian Ninja Warrior. He represented Australia in speed skating for 10 years. He trained with Olympic gold medalist Steven Bradbury.
Since 2015, he’s helped over 500 people transform their bodies through the 42 Day Lean Body Reset. Every product on this site is hand-picked based on what actually works. No hype. No filler.
